As a technical communicator, I create effective, usable, and accessible content that empowers people to be better at what they do. I'm a lifelong learner who loves passing knowledge on to others.

Before I became a technical writer, I worked for over a decade in patent law, where I learned to write clearly about complicated things.

I received a Master of Science in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University.  I also earned the UX Design Certificate from Google.

 

When I’m not writing or designing, you can find me knitting, hanging out with my dog, and watching international soap operas (sometimes all at once).
